Alcohol

•People under 21 years of age can’t legally acquire, possess, or consume alcohol.
•Supplying alcohol to a minor is punishable by a maximum fine of $500, 2 months imprisonment, or both.
•A DUI offense brings suspension of your license and an assortment of other penalties, depending on the circumstances

Marijuana

•The possession of 40 grams or less of marijuana is a misdemeanor which requires not less than 24 hours in jail).
•Each year, the State patrol seizures of marijuana plants increase to a new record high
